Will there ever be one?

And if so, who will come back around?

Sorry for double post, but I would be back around, no doubt.

I may be back, out of curiosity, and if friends join too.

It would be interesting, no doubt.

Perhaps a more popular world, more people, bigger parties, bigger cities.

Perhaps some new party will rise?

I would return, I would again be a Paris resident, and I would again work towards the same ideals.

Same here. I would live in New York, found the same company, and be in the same political party.

I honestly think the answer to this question is "no". I could be wrong, but I don't think this style of game has a wider appeal and admin knows it. It's not worth his time and effort to invest in creating a CCv3.

On the other hand, I would love to see something along the line of a "Cyber Cities" where instead of what we have now, you have a cross breed of CC and CN...create your own city, build various buildings and infrastructure, pay bills, manage and balance your city budget while maintaining your police force and keeping your citizens happy.

I'm not sure how fighting, a crucial element of these games, would fit in between players though. Either way, it's a pipe dream.

Doubt it's going to happen. Browser games just aren't attracting crowds anymore, and even CN, which used to be a beast in the browser game world, is dying.

But yes, I would return if a third version miraculously happens.

If the devs have any intention of spending time making a new/changed version, they ought to do it before this one dies.

They could breathe a lot of life into this version if they made some changes based on the countless suggestions made.

I would argue that they could definitely make it better, but I don't think all the improvements in the world will breathe any life into it, honestly. People already have an image in their minds of what this version is. Launching a new version would give it hope, but it's still iffy.

There's more chance of the Euro imploding than CCv3 being created. CC1 failed, CC2 has also in practice failed. At a time when browser games are in great decline, it makes no sense for Admin to put time and effort into a third version.

I won't be back in a hypothetical version 3, not after following CC1 and CC2 to the end.

Personally I think he should set a date to turn off the lights, give us time to make our peace and say our farewells, then let it go as gracefully as possible.

I PM'd Kev about this a few weeks ago and his answer to me was "No, I am not working on one and have no intention to."

I remember when CN was beast, and now that I look at it, it is dieing.

I think that if browser games became more popular and/or some of our suggestions for the game were maybe added in, CCv3, if there would be one, would be popular.
