The Zion of that time was a name used in it's literal sense. It meant "Utopia". The party had no other specific theme beyond being a place of harmony. My stay was cut short and therefore, the Party disappeared with me. I'm here today to announce the existence of a new Zion, which shares only the name of the previous incarnation. Many of you will be well familiar with the theme of the new Zion, as it correlates directly to the Zion you know from the Matrix films and franchise. This theme is one that I believe has great potential in our limited world. It opens the doors for what can be some exciting roleplay and fiction. It adds a layer of depth to our characters as we play the game. Thank you to everyone who has supported this effort. You know who you are. Let's begin. _____________________________________________________________ Have you ever had a dream...that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world? What you know you can't explain, but you feel it. You've felt it your entire life, that there's something wrong with the world. You don't know what it is, but it's there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad. Unfortunately, no one can be told what the Matrix is. You have to see it for yourself. This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the blue pill -- the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill -- you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes. Make your choice. (no, seriously...choose a pill and click on it!) _____________________________________________________________ We can be found in-game as -Zion- (with the hash marks). Forum registration is not required, but is encouraged for members. However, we will communicate through in-game pms and Party Bulletins as well. Zion is open to residents of all cities. As we establish ourselves, we plan to open new roleplays in the CC forums and invite the public to participate. We'll also be in charge of publication of the City Streets newspaper and other activities to be announced in the near future. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a new Party to join and a new way to experience CC. Forums are open for registration, but are not complete in terms of graphics or set up.
