 NYC currently does have a stalled market. Besides the fact that robbery is illegal, we have low taxes, currently have one of the lowest crime percentages in the world right now, and we have excellent politics. But, all of that except the excellent politics and stalled market will change in four days when Cleaner gets elected.

So, NYC if you want to live here for a few days.
