Past is gone and we are here to respect everybodys rights, we are here to embrace all the peaceful friends and stand against all the intruders. We want to build a peaceful New York where our mates can enjoy the freedom and luxury of their magnificent lifestyle and strong economy in a safe city and on the other hand we will not tolerate intruders who want to steal our wealth and attack our people. We will introduce our foreign minister who will talk on behalf of us here to bring the peace and love and we will have our strong police headquarter who will monitor our city every moment and will punish anyone who may think of attacking our people, he will chase the intruders in their cities and bring them down with no mercy(I personally put one of the intruders in jail today and I don't name him here but you can check it in the news) We respect the world and we want to be respected by world, we are always here to help anybody who need a trustworthy ally and we will break the spines of whoever threaten the glory of friendship. You may have been unhappy with Inmates of America in the past but we make sure that you will be closest friend of us in future. As you may have noticed I chose the name of IOA and not "Inmates of Americas" in our party and it has a message: it means we are not exactly Inmates of America but we respect our history and our name, translating IOA as Inmates of america is up to you, but IOA can stand for other words too and I leave the translation to you. I trust this message can show our honest approach towards a fruitful future for everybody who is enjoying this game. Kind Regards,

She was intending on serving a warrant for attacks, and it was only my failure to place the warrant in time that her attack was not considered a legal arrest attempt. If you look at her fight history, you will see that her attacks have always been serving warrants. I do not feel that she should be punished for my oversight. She is not in any party that opposes IoA, and therefore i respectfully request that she be pardoned and have her warrant removed. This would go a long way in showing the world that your party is reasonable, rational, and not out to exact revenge.

Tankshock: you are robbing us everyday, if you read my note I warned that if somebody attack our city he will be punished, please stop attacking us or everybody will see here that you are the one who is causing problem...we are peaceful but as I said we dont welcome intruders.

I have a request too, please ask your Party to stop attacking our city and to show your friendship I want to see that you yourself will punish anybody who attacks us by yourown forces. Regards,

Just because Chacho screwed you guys royally doesn't mean that I think you should be punished. However, if you plan on attacking people moving to NYC simply because they are campaigning then that is a different story. Also there is still the matter of the people the old IoA sent to attack LaF members. Just because you got rid of the scum holding IoA back doesn't suddenly make them innocent. I highly suggest you talk to LaF diplomatically and see what can be done with settling this matter. I stand behind LaF's statement that we will not be attacking anyone in IoA who hasn't attacked us. Good luck Cleaner. I have faith you guys can do a lot better then you have before.

I don't know yet what future will bring to us but if we get the power we will try to improve oue relationship with others. Regards,

Regards, Her two 'attacks' on you were arrests, not warrantable attacks. Had i placed the warrant when i should, that single attack would have also been an arrest attempt and not a warrantable attack. im317 is an upstanding citizen and was under the impression she was serving a warrant. That is my mistake alone. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. (as far as asking my party not to attack in your city, it is not my place, as i am just a plebe in the party. He will make it worth my while and compensate me for joining, and if i dont he will keep attacking me. Also, Cleaner, robberies were legal in NYC as of the last mayors decree.
