Ludwig, I dont understand why you immediately jump to try and take digs at someone? We all know you were never considering a job with his company. You idolise your own company and would never leave it. So the nitpicking to explain why you are passing is a little redundant. As for the product he produces and sells... How does that have ANY impact on the employee? Why should the employee care what product or at what level the owner works at? Surely, all the employee should worry about is whether the company is solvent and paying them a wage? Producing high mark-up goods and buying them yourself is a good way to bring cash flow into a company, if you are being selfless to pay the employees more than they are worth, and I think your pathetic jabs here are just that of an opposition company. Nothing said has contradicted anything. Quality is a subjective term, that has very little to do with anything said in this thread or in his company.
