But they're quite far from the workplace where I spend most of my time as I have no transport, so I need to censerve energy as much as possible. What I'd like to know is, is it worthwhile visiting the casino? After my next work cycle should I go & have a crack at it, or is it just a really good way to lose money? I don't wanna go all the way there, find out it's a bit rubbish then all the way back to work & leave myself out of energy & down on productivity for my next work cycle. So does anyone gamble regularly, is it a good way to increase your money & therefore stats? Or am I best just leaving it alone?

Trying for that jackpot. I only have anecdotal evidence to offer you, but if you have not gambled before the first week seems to be very,very lucky for most people that I have talked to. After that it can vary quite a bit. I have done better then break even over time(which is great considering MY luck), but YMMV.

Usually around �20-40, and I usually win, so I can vouch for this.

You can generally only win 2x what you bet, so if you win once and lose twice you break even for the day if all your bets were the same amount. I don't think the amount you bet affects your odds of winning at all. When I lose 6 times or more in a row I tend to start making bigger bets, that usually helps me recoup any losses.

Though, if you gamble 3x/day, it'll only take you 5 years to break 5000 pulls, so by then you should win for sure. That said, I gamble regularly at $5/pull.
