Welcome! EL opens the door to you.

Welcome to Lucidities Industries!

We operate in Tokyo at the minute and I keep the company employees constantly updated with bulletins.

You can ask anyone who works for me, I'm a pretty good boss.
I'll raise your wages according to the company funds, not LWP.
I take requests for products. Mark up varies.
Also, any citizen who should miss work gets raised up to 20 to cover the costs of missed work.

So... If you're in Tokyo.

if you ever branch out, you could change the company name to "Lucidities Industries" :)

No, if you're skipping out on work you don't get paid, I'll be keeping an eye on things.
You get paid more if you get put in jail for a while and miss some work.

I'm assuming this is designed to promote people with lower productivities to join, but what about those of us that are proud of our near 100% productivity?

:actual question time: what's the average/expected salary at your company?

Anyone in or around 100 gets about 16-20 In my opinion. It's well deserved.

The average wage is about 13, 12-13 anyway. It varies.
