Despite competing against astronomical rival wage offers, the company continues to recruit. One wonders if these wage offers have been made real in any way, shape or form. Time will tell...Perhaps these companies should have open joining to show their utter transparency? Comrades working at the Bish Bash Bosh Pizza Company are invited to air their views. All Comrades are equal, and their opinion is valued.

Well done and thank you for your efforts. You can all give yourselves a big pat on the back because we are nearly out of the red! As long as we can keep things level, we should be able to keep applications open at the $11.50 entry level. We may, however, have to bite the bullet, do an employment policy u-turn and have new applicants (Embryonic Comrades) start on $10.50 (eek!) Existing Comrades will stay on their $11.50, of course, and this will improve in line with company profit - so if anyone is considering joining us - now is the time. Any questions, comments or suggestions - my office door is always open.(",)
