My previous (sadly deleted) citizen was faster. I strongly think many others were also faster.

Yeah your first citizen was probably faster but that was without intelligence. I was the 2nd perfect citizen with intelligence and social after tankshock who joined about 2 months before me

 I concede that my perfect citizen was acquired under an old stat system. But it doesn't change the fact I was faster to max out everything that the system would allow me to max out and achieve perfect stats. If Admin were to add another stat tomorrow, does it invalidate every player who had perfect stats until that point?. I feel it doesn't, those players just achieved it with an older system.

My bone of contention is your claim of being fastest to max stats. there is no clear indication that you achieved it with the current system that includes intelligence and social. It gives the impression imho that you are claiming to be the fastest of all time.

May I propose a slight modification to your claim?:

Fastest Citizen to achieve perfect stats (including intelligence and social stats): IGOGWG 185 days

I'd be happy with that. :happy:
