We have structured our Company to allow for a Board Room type Management. The investment made in opening the Branch forces us to seek only those employees with a 35% or greater productivity. However this maybe adjusted for the Los Angeles Branch. IoA Global Eprize has five different tiers in this management. Our entry level position is Management Trainee. New Hires will be expected to train with our Company Managers using operation features and with company policies. This will most likely be for a short term, basically an orientation process. Once the orientation is complete employees will be promoted to Company Managers which are the core of our Company and are able to manufacture the specific items they may need. The next level of Company Management is a bit more selective. Senior Managers focus their skills with market mark up analyzing. From here Managers will begin tracking the company ledger an monitor growth variations as Senior Finance Managers or Senior Executive Managers. Our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer Manages the Company Staff makes promotion recommendations. As well as coordinate and mediate the Company Policy meetings. This structure is still changing as we open a new Branch. We are looking to explore the potential IoA Global Eprize has. Our Company offers any one that is interested in learning new company strategies or those that would just like to lend a hand in this Companies continued expansion. We are looking for new Management Trainees to begin this new and exciting expansion with us. IoA Global Eprize expands to Los Angeles and now hiring Management Trainees with 35% productivity. I must be mistaken in that though. You wouldn't need two companies in one city. Congratulations on being the first company to go International.

With the branch we could also stack one company and ship/sell items in the other City if we wished. The branch is very new and we are exploring strategies.

We have decided that it is a great idea and it works. So if you are interested in being an employee of the week and receiving $20 pay for five days. It will be based on who is actively working everyday. Keeping their LWP up, IRC activity. And who is buying IoA Global Eprize items. In IoA Global Eprize we work together as a team to secure a strong financial future for current and future employees. We are one of three companies with branches, some may complain that branches are not worth the expense and effort but they do not have them. They are desperate to sell items.
