My offer still stands though. I will come work for you at $20 wage.

Find out what your employees want and then make that so they can buy them from the company. Encourage company loyalty any way you can. Also encourage them to improve their productivity if possible. Take a good look at the other companies in your city and try and find a niche your company can fill.
