But it would be wrong to allow you to come in raid and leave without an attempt by any City to stand its ground and impose a punishment for the crime. You attacked a Police Officer of all things; and I dont believe it to be unfair that you now must spend Christmas in jail, seeing as you sent Ferrous to spend Christmas in hospital.

At least its not a power I have ever witnessed being had by Mayors. As for crime being the only feature in CC thats fun. I wouldnt wholly disagree. But its fun to combat crime as well. So quit whining about Mayors having their fun.
