Sorta - although you're in a better position than I am. I basically decided to create my own company so I could set my own wage. My productivity is pretty high when I'm full on energy and nutrition (not as high as yours), but my items have generally been selling, and even with a full productivity, I can sell my items at low markup without hurting my wage too much. As far as I know, aside from you and Akiha, I think I have the highest wage in Paris.

The only real difference is that I haven't advertised my company, and it's open to anyone and everyone to join! ...as long as they accept a starting wage of $10.

So basically we have the same model. You just have the higher productivity.

i'm confused however, when someone buys an item from my company, does my company only make the markup as profit or do i get the whole value?

Not if you keep a productivity level sub 45% :(

You're getting a pretty high wage now - I'm not sure how much higher I could offer you. I'll see how high I can afford to pay Zax first, and then I'll start looking into taking on new employees.
