Lastly a friendly word of advice. Do no be too proud of being "the richest city", having a healthy nest egg for a rainy day is good, but be aware that it is never good to have too large a government bank balance. Money horded is money not being put to good use for London, and proves a tempting target for criminals to rob buildings. I've noticed that the money taken from robberies is a percentage of government funds - up to a max of $50 stolen. If there are more funds, the criminal steals more money.
