It produces many different items from energy to health to travel.. The average wage for an employee is $10.68, and the base wage is $10.45. So why should I join? Here at MTA Corp. we are employee oriented and if you are hired than we will treat you like family. We have many employee benefits for hard working and loyal employees. The employees can even decide in which direction the Corp. should be going. - We give employees a $00.05 raise for every item they make. So, your hard work and diligence is appreciated at MTA Corp and you are readily rewarded for it. - We also give our employees a $00.75 raise for working with us for 5 days or making 9 10 items. So, here at MTA Corp. you actually get money for your unwaivering loyalty and you will actually be advancing in CC as well. - As an employee you own a part of MTA Corp. and therefore you can decide which products it should make or what the mark up it should have. - A pension plan is under construction. - Quality of item reward is under construction. Wont you just go broke with all these benefits? - I have personnel experience in the business world and therefore know that a diversified stream of income will allow MTA Corp. to keep making money as the consumer taste changes. Our employees can even decide what we are going to produce next. - LA has a big and open market for energy and health, plenty of consumers to buy our goods. - Our mentality is "work hard and you get paid be lazy and you stay where you are" this incentive method will increase our productivity to its' maximum and will give you more reasons to work.
